In view of our robust process in providing services to our clients, we maintain a strict procedure in dealing with the client According the SLA and the meetings of the clients with our management, we undertake the projects in fulfillment unless and under any circumstances of violations in terms with the agreement from our end can be notified to the management.

However care is taken in development of services and agreement, there might be time and schedule required to complete the service that can be advised by the client and management in mutual cooperation.

We are abiding the laws of Belgium and Indian governments and further discrepancies and faults in critical circumstances can be approached by our grievances cell.

In full view of the projects or outsourcing services undertaken, it should be specifically notified that in cooperation of the client and the organization are taken place and henceforth should be in view of the both sides.
